Some enter Congress with good intentions.. But, even the best fall to the desire for money and power over time. It is an addiction that few can avoid. When you hear the term, "The longer in Congress, the more corrupt they become.", it is not simply rhetoric. It is the nature of the beast and it will not cure itself!

With the second option of Article 5, the people and the States can supersede the authority of Congress; adding a Term Limits Amendment to the Constitution; and Congress has no authority to stop it.
