Everyone knows how Congress can add an Amendment to the Constitution, but most people have no idea the Founders left a 2nd Option by which the States can add an Amendment WITHOUT needing Congress's approval. If you didn't know this option existed, you NEED to watch this video.

Why are we not putting more pressure on local officials to get behind this movement ? This has to grow on a local level everywhere in order to get more people signed on. I have never seen anything in a local newspaper, magazine, etc: about this grass roots movement. Never saw any organization by the local political parties to get behind this movement. This is not a democrat/republican issue this is a national issue that We the people have overlooked for centuries, and that is the reason we have the problem in government that we face today.
