Lobbying Congress is Our Constitutional Right, But BUYING Congress Needs to Change

Lobbying is our Constitutional Right to approach members of Congress.  We definitely don't want to lose that right, but there needs to be some limits. When Corporations, Special Interest Groups, & Foreign Countries are spending over $3.2 BILLION every year lobbying Congress, it has clearly become more "buying" than "lobbying."
